Use the following procedure to run a Lottery Batch and view the results.
1. Select Lottery from the Web section of the Setup menu. The Room Selection Lottery page is displayed.
2. Click Run Batch next to the lottery batch to run. When the batch is ready, a Get Result link will appear in the Status column.
3. Click the Get Result link. A pop-up will appear. Save the lottery batch file to a workstation or network and then open the file to view the results.
Note: If a Lottery Batch has been run and displays the Get Result status, it cannot be deleted.
4. To reset the batch so it can be run again, click Edit next to the batch to enter edit mode. Then click the Clear link in the Status column to delete the log file.
