The Message Templates page allows a user to create a message (including text, links, pictures, and special formatting) to be sent to a single patron or to a group of patrons. Adding tokens automatically inserts patron-specific information into an Outgoing Communication message. A user can also add Tags to a Message Template to describe or categorize the template.
