Use the following procedure to delete a lottery batch.
Note: If a Lottery Batch has been run and displays the Get Result status, it cannot be deleted.
1. Select Lottery from the Web section of the Setup menu. The Room Selection Lottery page is displayed.
2. Click Delete next to the lottery batch that you want to delete. A confirmation message is displayed.
3. Click OK. The Lottery Batch successfully deleted message is displayed.
