Bulk Communication Outbox Grid Overview

The following table lists information about the columns and options that appear in the Outbox grid on the Bulk Communication Outbox page

Column

Description

Event Name

The name of the Communication message event. The Event Name is structured in the following format:

[Event Origin] – [Event Type] – [Name]

The [Name] for a Document message is the template name. The [Name] for an email will contain the Email Subject that the user entered

State

The status of the Communication message process. The following States are possible:

     Running - The event is running in the background

     Paused - Something has caused the event to pause. Not currently used.

     Stopped - Something has caused the event to stop. Not currently used.

     Failed - Something has caused the event to fail. Not currently used.

     Complete - The event has completed its task.

Started By

ResCenter User who initiated the Communication message process. Displayed in “Last Name, First Name” format.

Start Date

Date the Communication message process started.

End Date

Date the Communication message process ended.

Option

Description

        

Click the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, or Last Page arrows to navigate the pages of the grid.

Record Details

Click Record Details to view the History of the Communication Message. The History grid displays each step (and Result) in the Message process.

Delete Record

Click Delete Record to remove the record from the Outbox grid.

Show Search Criteria

Click Show Search Criteria to display search parameters for filtering the Outbox grid.

Refresh

Click Refresh to update the Outbox grid to display any new or in progress records.
